Kim & Sarah are co-owners of Uplifted Medical. We are a team of nurses who are passionate about providing you the best medical aesthetics experience possible.

Kim Macpherson, NP

Medical Director, and Co-Owner of Uplifted Medical

Kim graduated from Laurentian University with her BScN in 2011. She then completed her Masters in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certificate from Athabasca University in 2022. Her background includes primary care, acute care, palliative care, and most recently medical aesthetics. She has a special interest in the therapeutic uses of botulinum toxin - specifically for the treatment of chronic migraines.

Kim completed her basics and advanced medical aesthetics trainings through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics in 2022. Shortly after she founded Uplifted Medical.

Kim is committed to providing safe and comprehensive medical aesthetic care. My mission is to ensure that you are fully informed by providing a comprehensive medical consultation , and focusing on enhancing your natural beauty, respecting your anatomy, and delivering natural results.

Sarah Patterson, RPN

Registered Practical Nurse and Co-Owner of Uplifted Medical

With a passion for helping others look and feel their best, Sarah has dedicated her career to providing a safe and judgment-free space for women to express themselves.

Sarah's journey in the medical field began in 2007 when she graduated as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). She furthered her education and obtained a Nursing degree in 2009, solidifying her commitment to patient care. In 2010, Sarah embarked on an African Nursing Mission Trip, where she had the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Sarah took her basics and advanced medical aesthetics training through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics in 2020.

Sarah believes that medical aesthetics is more than just a cosmetic procedure—it's about instilling confidence and building relationships. She aspires to be the reason someone smiles, makes a difference in the lives of others, and helps individuals believe in themselves.

Terri Harrison, Laser Technician

Terri Harrison is the owner of Smooth Skin and Laser Clinic that operates out of Uplifted Medical.

Terri made the life-changing decision to leave her corporate job behind and pursue her passion for helping her clients look and feel their best. She was attracted to the rapidly growing medical aesthetics industry where she became a certified Laser Technician through the prestigious Ottawa Academy.

Maddie McCullogh, Medical Aesthetician

Maddie received her medical aesthetics training through the Versailles Academy in Ottawa. She is constantly furthering her education and enhancing her skills in the field of medical aesthetics.

Maddie is excited to be completing her microblading certification in Augsust and will bring these services to Uplifted Medical.
